How can I book my reservations to travel on my vacation?
For your convenience, we have inserted reservation forms in your vacation package. You can scan and email the completed forms to info@conciergeviptravel.com.
How far in advance can I book my travel dates?
To better guarantee availability, we recommend that you book your dates at least 60 days in advance. Any fewer will have an impact on our ability to secure your destination and preferred dates.
Can I call and book my reservation over the phone?
To ensure accuracy and maintain our records, we require that you email or fax the reservation form prior to us booking your vacation. These forms are also required to confirm dates with our partner resorts.
Do I have to travel to all my destinations on a single trip?
No, you have the flexibility to travel to your different destinations on different trips or combine them in one trip. We are happy to guide you through your options.
What type of accommodation is included in my vacation?
Standard hotel or resort accommodations are available for your package based on availability at the time of reservation. Your travel coordinator will guide you through your options.
Can I purchase additional nights in any of my travel destinations?
Yes, rates vary based on the time of travel, but we will do our very best to provide you with the lowest rates available so you can enjoy your extended stay.
Terms Of Service
You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to: Concierge VIP Travel. 911 E Atlantic Blvd suite 107 Pompano Beach, FL 33060. no purchaser shall rely upon representations other than those included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumers right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida statuses.
